The main objective of Voluntary Reporting is to increase aviation safety by collecting reports on actual or potential safety vulnerabilities that cannot be identified by mandatory reporting systems.
Voluntary Reporting is an optional, non-punitive and confidential reporting system used by VATANJET and is an integral part of our Safety Management System.
When you obtain information that you think may improve aviation safety but was not communicated through one of the available channels or if you wish others to learn about any incident or danger and benefit from this information, but also wish to hide your identity, you can make use of the “Voluntary Reporting Form”.
